The Dubai 3-day Development Programme for Housekeeping Managers attracted every level of Housekeeper from Cluster Directors of multiple operations to Floor and Public Area Supervisors. At the end of the 3 days, they were invigorated and motivated to apply all the new ideas they have learnt, not only from the course but from each other.
Most of the people who are holding management positions in Housekeeping don’t have theory knowledge.
