Upcoming Workshops In Dubai and Abu Dhabi

We are delighted to announce that Liz Lycette from L&A in conjunction with the Housekeeping fraternity of UAE will be presenting 2 unique programmes for those running Housekeeping operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi this September 2024.

With new content developed from our successful Singapore and Miami workshops held earlier in 2024; these practical workshops enable Housekeeping Managers to lead their team with confidence. The workshops are not only suitable for Housekeeping Managers and Rooms Division Leaders, but also for up-and-coming Supervisors, allowing all to gain skills which will improve business outcomes, advance the performance of teams and enhance customer experiences. The 3- day workshops, which run from 9am – 5.30pm are lively and interactive, encouraging participation through interactive exercises, networking and shared experiences.

Priced at AED 1800 for 3 days or AED700 per day, the workshop fees include lunch, breaks and all course materials

The 3 days topics include Leading the Team with Confidence, Leadership Through Financial Management and Leadership Through Motivation.

Upon completion of the workshop participants will have a full action plan and timeline to implement back in their operation.
