With new content developed from our successful Singapore and Miami workshops earlier in 2024, this practical training enables Housekeeping Managers to lead their team with confidence.
Not only suitable for Housekeeping Managers and Rooms Division Leaders, this workshop also empowers up and coming Supervisors to gain skills which will improve business outcomes, advance the performance of teams and enhance customer experiences.
The 3- day workshop, which runs from 9am – 5.30pm, is lively and interactive, encouraging participation through interactive exercises, networking and shared experiences.

DAY 3: LEADERSHIP THROUGH MOTIVATION
Topics include:
Creating motivating environments for the team.
Teamwork and practical problem-solving using participants current challenges as examples.
Delegation and tips to becoming an outstanding leader, group sharing and practical examples.
The importance of effective housekeeping quality control techniques and tools and using them to motivate your team.
