PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Liz Lycette from L&A in conjunction with the UKHA and Housekeeping fraternity of UK will be presenting a unique programme for those running Housekeeping operations at:

With new content developed from our successful Singapore and Miami workshops earlier in 2024, this practical training enables Housekeeping Managers to lead their team with confidence.

Not only suitable for Housekeeping Managers and Rooms Division Leaders, this workshop also empowers up and coming Supervisors to gain skills which will improve business outcomes, advance the performance of teams and enhance customer experiences.

The 3- day workshop, which runs from 9am – 5.30pm, is lively and interactive, encouraging participation through interactive exercises, networking and shared experiences.

Upon completion of the workshop participants will have a full action plan and timeline to implement back in their operation.

  • Taking control of expenses and managing monthly results.Cost control techniques and effective stocktaking,

  • Practical cost control tools to add to your toolbox.

  • Latest In sustainability best practices and implementing them within your own operation.

  • Planning, managing and implementing change through your own actions and style.

DAY 3: LEADERSHIP THROUGH MOTIVATION

Topics include:

  • Creating motivating environments for the team.

  • Teamwork and practical problem-solving using participants current challenges as examples.

  • Delegation and tips to becoming an outstanding leader, group sharing and practical examples.

  • The importance of effective housekeeping quality control techniques and tools and using them to motivate your team.
